PlaidFur Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to the PlaidFur Refund and Return Policy page. We want you and your pet to love every PlaidFur purchase — if there is a problem with your order, we'll make it right.

All PlaidFur products are fulfilled through our production partners Printify and Zendrop. Because each item is made to order, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund or Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@plaidfur.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Our fulfillment partners manage production and may provide specific return instructions or addresses depending on the item and supplier.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible under our PlaidFur Refund and Return Policy:

• Customized or personalized products

• Final sale or clearance items

• Products damaged by misuse or improper care

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed once the item is confirmed received and inspected by our fulfillment partner. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
